March Break STEM Program

Overview

School holiday periods are a critical window during which youth from under-resourced communities face the greatest risk of learning loss and disengagement.

The March Break STEM Program transforms this gap into an opportunity: an energizing, hands-on learning experience that keeps youth intellectually active, introduces them to AI and emerging technologies, and connects them to Black STEM professionals as role models.

The program embodies ACHIST’s Innovation Access Hub model a low-barrier, culturally affirming entry point into the STEM ecosystem.
